Blueberry Cream Pie
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 9in graham cracker pie shell
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter (soft)
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix 1st 6 ingredients. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed. Fold in blueberries. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients. Spread on top. Bake 10 minutes. Chill over night or several hours in the fridge.
