Bowling With Kate

Katie and I did something fun this last Thursday with some friends. We went bowling. Kate's first time....she was SO excited. It was so super fun. I think she and I will have to go again. (this time with out Sara who I had to either keep stocked full of food to eat or chase her all around the bowling ally)

Kate and I both played with bumpers, which made it extra fun for me. Sadly the bumpers in the lanes didn't prevent me from still getting a few gutter balls. I'm THAT bad. We played with many of Kate's little friends. It was so fun to watch them do their little victory dances, slap high fives and bowl balls that barely made it down the lane.

Here she is...my little bowler!

You take amazing pics, Jen. And you're an awesome Primary pres too. I was impressed when I was in there today with how well you maintain control of those crazy munchkins. We'll definitely miss you.

That does sound like a fun outing. Katie is so cute. My favorite pose is the 2nd one with her looking down the lane in croutched position. Yay for bumpers!

Oh, she looks so excited! Hey- at least your gutter balls didn't bounce into someone else's lane. That's my style...

Ok, fun day and all...blah, blah, blah...how in the world did you get such good pictures in a bowling alley. Mine are HORRIBLE!

I LOVE the pigtails swinging in action! I would need to see for myself how you roll a gutter ball with bumpers - a true talant! We need to catch up, I want to hear all about your upcoming move! I'm glad you'll still be a Washingtonian!

I realized I haven't seen your blog for several days, so I have a lot to catch up on. I'm so glad you guys went bowling with us, so fun! By the way, we'll be doing it again soon...
That picture of Sara underneath Emily's bed is priceless. It was almost worth "losing" her to get such a great photo! One night Ryan was upset and without any prompting, Alli went into his bed and rubbed his tummy until he fell asleep. Then she fell asleep. I wish we would have taken a picture. It was so cute.
Ah, kids. You either cry because they're naughty or cry because they are so precious.

Every time I check your blog I have one major thought. If I could pack up Jenn and her camera to every event in Kait and my life it would be perfect. I will see a great picture and try to copy it. My just don't end up looking anything like yours. Once the kids are out of the house, or before, you could rival Dave in income with the amazing pictures you take. Your pictures are so much better than the professional pictures I have paid hundreds of dollars for.

Hey! I don't know if you'll see my comment or not--I'm at my Grandma's house in Beaver Dam, AZ and using her computer, so I don't have your email address. Anyway, I just read in the 3/28 church news about a dentist in the Cascade Park ward (Vancouver, WA stake) who has been called as a mission president. Any chance he's selling his practice? His name is Richard Gillespie . . .

(Feel free to delete this comment, I won't be offended. I just didn't know how else to pass on the info. )
